A professional coach dedicated to expanding the coaching canvas to the questions of meaning, purpose, and personal expression.
CONNECTOR
An interdisciplinary thinker who loves finding connections between different domains. My current focus includes thinking about wellbeing from the lens of Dynamic Systems Theory.
PARENT
A parent of two individuals with feisty personalities and great ideas, who is often feeling… well, all the feelings. And regularly thinking I’m screwing up.

My professional trajectory was linear and predictable - until it wasn’t. After a decade in academia (as a lecturer and researcher in the field of Language Learning and Teaching), I realised this neat, predetermined path was not what I wanted out of life.
With no particular plan, little entrepreneurial know-how, and a big curious spirit, I set up my freelance research consultancy. Building on the quantitative and qualitative research skills I had developed in my previous work, I enjoyed working on various projects, differing topically and methodologically (ranging from landscapes on skincare ingredients, through generational research insights to longitudinal customer studies). While this variety kept my intellectual appetite satiated, it still didn’t feel fulfilling.
At the same time, I was diving more and more deeply into the topics of emotional development, strengths-based approaches to education and work, motivation, aspects of well-being, and the complex systems theory as a framework in which all these constructs emerge. Following my second maternity leave – during which I had the opportunity to figure out what inspires me and how I can contribute to the world professionally - I decided to take the plunge and retrain as a coach.
Since becoming internationally accredited, I have dedicated time to weaving together these matters that light me up and building a home for them in Tweaks & Strides.
